Children Singers... Lately, I have been finding my inspiration from some amazing artists that have been on Reality Competitions...Tonight I re-discovered Connie Talbot...who was the 7 year old sensation on Britain's Got Talent, and was all over the interwebs with her rendition of Somewhere Over The Rainbow...

She has grown into an amazing talent. I give props to her parents, who have never given up on her, and still strive to this day, to get her name/voice/face/talent out there for the world to see. Youtube is amazing in that it enables Everyone access to HER amazing voice and talent....Good for you Connie and fam!

Rachel Crow: she wowed us with her performances on the US version of The X Factor...we were all crushed, (as well as judge Nicole Scherzinger) when she didn't advance to the finals: http://youtu.be/JGeHiTsQaD0


But all is not lost for our dear Rachel....she impressed producers abroad so much that she ultimately had the choice between signing with Disney and Nickelodeon...In the end she signed with Nickelodeon because "Adds the insider, “Disney was weighing its options and was in no rush to give Rachel a deal. Nickelodeon had more immediate plans than Disney, and Rachel wanted to strike while the iron was still hot.”.....Good for you girl!

UPDATE 3/19/12:
So I guess there was an International The Voice competition (couldn't find too much on the show itself) But I found that I could download the whole album of these random kids singing American songs....amazing singers! It's called TheVoiceKids.....
